The area where the opening price is located in relation to the prior day’s trading range levels. Open above Prior Day High would mean the opening price of the current session is higher than the prior session’s highest price. Open in Prior Day Range would mean the opening price of the current session is less than or equal to the prior day high and greater than or equal to the prior day low. Open below Prior Day Low would mean the opening price of the current session is less than the prior day’s low.
